Claim Your Sirius XM Settlement – Eligible for PayPal Cash Payout

If you received unwanted phone calls from Sirius XM, you may be eligible to receive a cash payment via PayPal from a new class action settlement.

A $28 million settlement has been proposed in Campbell et al. v. Sirius XM Radio Inc., a federal class action lawsuit alleging that Sirius XM made telemarketing calls to people registered on the National Do Not Call Registry or Sirius XM’s internal Do Not Call list. Sirius XM denies any wrongdoing, and the court has not decided who is right, but the settlement allows eligible consumers to submit a claim and receive payment through PayPal.

Important note: You are not being sued. This settlement only affects your right to receive payment or pursue separate legal action related to these claims.

Who may be eligible?

  • You received one or more telemarketing calls from Sirius XM
  • Your phone number was registered on the National Do Not Call Registry or Sirius XM’s internal Do Not Call list at the time

Exact payment amounts depend on the number of valid claims submitted. Payments will only be issued if the court approves the settlement. All payments are distributed via PayPal.

Key deadlines you should know:

  • Claim deadline: March 21, 2026
  • Exclusion or objection deadline: March 27, 2026
  • Final approval hearing: May 11, 2026

Submitting a claim is the only way to receive a PayPal payment. If you submit a claim, you give up the right to sue Sirius XM separately for the claims covered by this settlement. If you do nothing, you will not receive any payment and will still give up those rights.

If you wish to keep the right to sue Sirius XM on your own, you must exclude yourself from the settlement by the deadline. If you object to the settlement, you may still submit a claim while the court considers your objection.
