Michael Kors Outlet Class Action Settlement
This post is for informational purposes only. A class action settlement has been preliminarily approved in McCall et al. v. Michael Kors (USA), Inc., pending in the Superior Court of California, County of San Diego.
If you purchased from a Michael Kors Outlet store between May 10, 2019 and November 14, 2025, you may be eligible to receive a merchandise certificate for up to $30 off a single in-store purchase at a Michael Kors Outlet, subject to the settlement terms.
Eligibility Information
- KORSVIP account holders with a California or Oregon mailing address may receive a certificate automatically if the settlement is approved.
- Other eligible purchasers may need to submit a valid claim form to receive a certificate.
Deadlines
The deadline to submit a claim, object, or opt out is March 6, 2026.
